After nearly a week in Düsseldorf hoping that the evening would not cloud over we were rewarded with the most perfect light. Dark, dark clouds to the east and golden orange light from the west.

The harbour area is crammed with interesting and unusual buildings - very modern and usually pretty wacky. So it was no surprise to see about 6 other photographers rushing around capturing the moment on this particular evening.

I really should go on holiday more often!
