I took this shot while visiting the Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh with a friend, David Taylor, who is a very keen (and most excellent) photographer.  I was half way through a roll of B&W film (yeah I don't always bracket and take hundreds of shots yet) so continued using it in this setting.
